To make our support clear and efficient, you just have to follow the instructions below:

• Send the company’s registration data.
• Inform the area of activity.
• Inform the products you want to see, or even send us pictures of how you would like your product be and for which purpose.
• Kirimurê Brasil will send you the models by layout.
• You can request samples without manufacturing costs, only paying the shipping.
Samples Production time of up to 12 working days.
• For items that have logos or unique names, every size and shape will have a minimum and multiple amount for cutting / production.
• For items in rhinestones and without the use of logos, the minimum quantity is 100 units per model and color.
• For items with colored stones we must follow the minimum of each stone size and color availability, which is why we always inform it about the desired product.
• The types of baths vary due to the customer taste, where the most used are: Gold / Nickel Free / Onyx / Pink Gold.

• Payment is in advance, or negotiated according to the order value .
• Deadline for production and delivery is 10 to 20 working days , depending on the difficulty of the product, extending the period under customer notice.
